Predator Ridge Resort is recognized as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in Canada

Predator Ridge Resort is being recognized as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in Canada. This list appeared in a special national report on Wednesday April 10th, 2013 in The Globe and Mail.

Brad Pelletier, Vice President of Predator Ridge Resort said “Out of all the awards and testimonials our project has received, this recognition delivers the highest level of pride. I have always said that what differentiates us is our setting, brand and people”.

Brad continues “We are committed to creating a great workplace at Wesbild and Predator Ridge because we know it allows us to attract and retain great people. Somewhere that is productive, fun, safe and provides employees learning opportunities while they are here all contribute to our commitment. We have always been regarded as a great place to live and vacation…..we can now add work to that list.”

This list of “Best Workplaces in Canada” is compiled by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from a 58-statement survey completed by a random selection of employees, along with their open-ended comments about their organization; the remaining one-third of the score comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures. This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to the five trust-building dimensions of a great place to work®: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

Predator Ridge is one of only two Okanagan based company recognized this year and the only one in their industry category for medium sized businesses.  Check out current job vacancies at: www.predatorridge.com/careers
