Reservoir Festival Season Lineup – 2015

The seasons are changing, and as all music lovers know, with warmer weather comes festival season!  More than a few Reservoir roster artists are included in this year’s hottest lineups, so there’s no better time to get outdoors and see your favorite acts.

First off, electronic R&B duo Watch the Duck will be playing SXSW on March 18th and 21st, so Austin better get ready for some high-energy soul. 2 Chainz hits South-By at the same time, with a showcase scheduled with fellow rappers Cap.1, Short Dawg, and Skooly, also on the 18th.

Just after, Euro-dance queen Terri B! is headed to sunny Florida for a set at the Winter Music Conference on March 26th, to be followed by MØ’s Coachella performance on April 12th and 19th.

New Years Day fittingly kicks off Warped Tour on April 7th, the first of a staggering forty-three dates this summer. Finally, Phantogram will be playing Philadelphia’s eight annual Roots Picnic on May 30th.

Honorable mentions performing this summer include Tiësto, Cazzette, and DJ Snake, all of whom will be tearing up Ultra Music Festival March 27th-29th.

The lineups keep rolling in, with Drake unveiling the lineup for his October’s Very Own Festival, and Phantogram Tweeting a mysterious tease about popping up at SXSW!  Stay tuned all around…

Steven A. Storch Joins Reservoir as CFO

Steven A. Storch Joins Reservoir as CFO

Reservoir is pleased to welcome veteran music industry executive Steven A. Storch to its team as Chief Financial Officer.  Alongside President Golnar Khosrowshahi and Chief Operating Officer Rell Lafargue, Storch will lead Reservoir’s financial operations from the company’s New York City headquarters.  Storch’s position at Reservoir builds on a thirty-year career, including CFO roles at Sony/ATV and Imagem Entertainment Group.

While at Sony/ATV, Storch led the acquisitions of Viacom/Paramount Pictures’ Famous Music catalog, Leiber and Stoller’s collection of mid-century hits, and Bon Jovi’s rock catalog.  Storch also implemented Sony/ATV’s global finance network, proprietary copyright and royalty system, and IT hub, and the company’s global market share doubled under his leadership.

At Imagem, Storch’s industry expertise led to the company’s acquisitions of significant entities like the Rodgers and Hart catalog and leading independent production music company 5 Alarm Music.  As at Sony/ATV, Storch’s acquisitions work was supplemented by significant organizational improvements, such as the integration of US operations and the implementation of a shared services infrastructure. The latter came to support all of Imagem’s business lines, including its Rodgers and Hammerstein organization and Boosey and Hawkes catalog.

In addition to delving into his role at Reservoir, Storch plans to maintain his profile in the larger financial space.  The executive is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and a member of several key financial organizations, including the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the American Institute of CPAs.  Storch holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School, and is a regular speaker at financial summits around the world.
