Reservoir Media Nominated for Music Week Award’s Publisher of the Year
Finalists for the 2017 Music Week Awards were announced on January 23, and Reservoir Media is pleased to be shortlisted in the prestigious “Publisher of the Year” category. Nominees for Publisher of the Year demonstrate exceptional promotion of the company’s catalog across a variety of market sectors including recorded music, sync, and live performance.
2016 saw twenty-four Billboard and Official Charts #1’s in the US and UK, including Clean Bandit’s “Rockabye” featuring Sean Paul and Anne-Marie and co-written by Ina Wroldsen, which held the #1 spot in the UK for nine consecutive weeks. Furthermore, all three Brits Critics Choice nominees—Rag’N’Bone Man, Anne-Marie, Dua Lipa—had current singles written with Reservoir writers (Rag’N’Bone Man’s “Human” co-written with Jamie Hartman, Anne-Marie’s “Alarm” and “Rockabye” co-written by Ina Wroldsen, and Dua Lipa’s “Blow Your Mind” co-written by Lauren Christy) just one of the many achievements Reservoir has helped our writers accomplish this year.
The 2017 Music Week Awards ceremony takes place on April 5th at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
