Wesbild Completes Acquisition Of The Waterfront in North Vancouver

Vancouver, British Columbia – Wesbild Holdings Ltd. has announced the completion of the acquisition of The Waterfront property in North Vancouver.

Located at 1371 McKeen Avenue in the Norgate/Lower Capilano community, The Waterfront represents one of the last remaining privately held waterfront sites of magnitude in the area and boasts an impressive 730 feet of waterfront frontage.

The property is the site of Lions Gate Marina, Lions Gate Mini Storage and 15 other tenants.  Wesbild looks forward to running Lions Gate Marina and Lions Gate Mini Storage who will continue their operations as usual.

Mike Box Elected To The Music Publisher’s Association Board

Reservoir/Reverb Music’s Chief Financial Officer Mike Box was elected to the Music Publisher’s Association (MPA) Board as announced at the MPA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) this month. The MPA promotes the interests over 260 music publishers with rights to thousands of catalogs across every genre of music. The liaison between the government, music publishers and the public, the MPA provides a forum for discussion, information sharing and education about the value of copyrights.

A founding member of the Independent Music Publisher’s E-Licensing (IMPEL), Mike was also reelected to the IMPEL board, a subcommittee of the MPA which offers collective rights management to independent publishers, in April.
